Hope you guys are having a beautiful day. Today’s recipe was requested and I truly believe it’s a staple for all Latin families. This allergy friendly vegan flan recipe can be made in under 15 minutes and it only requires 4 ingredients.

If you are new to my channel, my name is Ingrid and I’m vegan with food allergies. I think one of the perks of having been diagnosed with more food allergies during my 20s it’s that I was able to try all these Latin desserts as a child. Now I can assure you if you happen to have a dairy allergy or an egg allergy, this dairy free and egg free flan will taste even better than the traditional one.

If you have ever wondered can I be vegan with food allergies? I hope my channel shows you that is possible to follow a plant based diet with food allergies and food intolerances. I’m allergic to peanuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, shellfish, peas, tree nuts, and sesame seeds. Intolerant to chickpeas, lentils, sunflower seeds, and corn, so my recipes will always be free from these allergens.
