I’m vegan with food allergies, therefore, I am sharing with you how to make zucchini bread without eggs, gluten free, soy free, and nut free. I also know most of the zucchini bread recipes suggest to make it sweeter, but I wanted to do something different and instead show you how to make savory zucchini bread, as you can add vegan cream cheese, guacamole on top or your favorite seed butter.
This will be perfect to start off your day with some tea or coffee. I can’t wait for you to make it at home and enjoy it as much as I did. It lasted me three days refrigerated and I toasted it when I added a spread on top.
