By this point, I believe we all have tried our hands in the famous TikTok Dalgona Coffee, however, I was wondering what would happen if I made cheesecake with dalgona coffee frosting. As you know, I have a few food allergies that would not allow me to eat a traditional vegan cheesecake, therefore, if I want to eat a safe cheesecake it has to be made by me.
Trust me on this one, I wasn’t wrong this is the most delicious dessert I’ve been able to veganized and made completely top 8 allergen free. If you have a dairy allergy, egg allergy, soy allergy, wheat allergy, and nut allergy, I got you covered this vegan cheesecake recipe is delicious and tastes even better than the real thing.
