5 PRACTICES TO HEAL ECZEMA NATURALLY

Hi Guys! Welcome back to I PINK IT!! Today, I want to share a personal story that I hope can bring relief to anyone suffering from eczema, food allergies, or skin problems.

Since April, I’ve been dealing with an awful case of eczema and new diagnosis of food allergies, which forced me to change my habits and to prioritize my health. Even though it was painful, I felt desperate with the extra itchiness and burning of my skin, I am glad I was able to discover how to treat my eczema naturally and heal it for the moment being.

For those who are not familiar, eczema is an autoimmune disease, so this means it will not go away… you might get it every week, every month, every year, every five years, or maybe never again, it’s very unpredictable. There is currently no cure for eczema, yet I am a true believer that eczema is just a manifestation of how your body is doing in the inside. For us with eczema, the flare ups are the worst, cause it itches so much, yet we know that if we scratch our skin the eczema is just gonna spread to our knees, ears, neck, chest, armpits, under your eye, face, hands, palms, fingers, etc.

Whether you have seasonal eczema, ongoing eczema, mild case of eczema, awful exhausting case of eczema, I believe we all should become familiar with our bodies and learn to understand what the flare ups mean. Oftentimes, your body is trying to tell you what you are feeding me or the products you are applying and I get to absorb every day are very toxic, your body is great at alerting you and you see more red patches when something that is damaging your inside shows up in the outside.

This is why today, I am opening up to you and sharing my case of eczema and how I was able to treat it naturally with five practices. However, I do have to disclaim that if what I did in my skin doesn’t work for you, then don’t do it. Eczema reacts differently and treat skins differently, so if you have a similar skin type as mine and also all my food allergies (yes, i am talking about a peanut allergy, soy allergy, dairy allergy, tree nuts allergy, wheat allergy (or celiac disease), egg allergy, and shellfish allergy), then my five practices might give you comfort and relieve the pain until you heal your skin.

Remember, we can be offer over the counter eczema creams, the aveeno baby eczema treatment, and steroid creams, yet these all give temporal relief and in some instances they are the culprit for a worst case of eczema to appear in the future. I believe the best way to heal and treat your eczema is doing it naturally.

By truly taking care of your health and taking ownership of what you put in your body, you will be able to prevent eczema from coming again and heal your skin from eczema faster. By faster, I mean less time than it should have taken you without natural resources, that can be weeks to months, remember all bodies are different, yet every day you make progress, so don’t be hard on yourself.

I hope this video helps you, some tips will apply to all cases, while others might not work for everyone. Make sure you keep doing what works the best for you and don’t forget to embrace your skin. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL with or without eczema.
